About the property
The apartment is located 300m from Wollstonecraft Station and about 800m from Crows Nest which has a metro.
For reference, I catch the train to work in the CBD and it takes around 15 minutes to get to work.
There’s off street parking behind the apartment for both of us.
I’m flexible on the duration of stay, happy for it to be longer. We can discuss and work this out later on.
Bills aren’t included but Internet is paid monthly and electricity bills are generally quite low each quarter.
Please note I want to keep the queen bed that’s in the room, but the desk and monitors that’s currently in there will be gone before you move in. There’s built in wardrobes and plenty of space for clothes.

About the flatmates
My old house mate had recently moved out and looking to get someone into the now spare room. It’s currently just me in here by myself.
Looking for someone that’s clean, tidy and respectful but relaxed and easy going.
I have a cat as well so looking for someone that’s cat friendly.
I work a lot during the day and night so there will be a lot of time where you’ve got the apartment to yourself. I’m generally away 3/7 nights per week and work 9-5 during the day.
