About the property

A well-sized, furnished bedroom with a mirrored built-in wardrobe will be available from 17 January 2026 in a 2-bedroom flat located right in the Wollongong CBD.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with its own laundry facilities. It faces north, offering a pleasant view of the covered balcony and the garden. It is set back from the street and is conveniently situated on the first floor (above ground). Covered parking is available in the complex's secure garage, featuring a remote/intercom-controlled door. Additionally, the building has lift access.

You will be sharing the flat with the landlord under a Lodger Agreement (not through a real estate agency).
Electricity, gas and internet are included in the arrangement. Four weeks deposit and two weeks advance.

About the flatmates

I work full-time in IT—usually heading into the office most days and working from home on others. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, traveling, exploring new places, and spending time in the water, either swimming or learning to surf.

I’m originally from the Philippines and have been living in Australia for a while now. As a non-smoker, I prefer living in a smoke-free environment. I consider myself easy-going and sociable, always open to friendly conversations. However, after living in a flatshare for several years, I also understand and respect the need for privacy, personal space, and the importance of maintaining a harmonious living arrangement.

For the prospective flatmate, I would prefer someone who is male. Cleanliness and tidiness are important to me, and I would appreciate someone who shares the same values. I’m not a night owl, so someone who’s mindful of creating a peaceful environment in the evenings would be ideal.
