About the property
We live in a spacious, light-filled apartment in an unbeatable location—just a stone’s throw from the beach and only a short 10-minute walk into town. It’s tucked away on a quiet road with a leafy, open garden out the back and plenty of peace and privacy.
The apartment has two balconies—one that catches the morning sun and one perfect for afternoon hangs. Every room is generously sized, with loads of natural light throughout. The kitchen is super spacious with plenty of bench space, room for a dining table, and we’re adding an island soon to make it even better for cooking and entertaining. The bathroom has a fresh, modern feel with new tiles and a walk-in shower.
We also have a spare room that we use for yoga, stretching, or just relaxing. There’s off-street parking available, and heaps of on-street parking too. We’ve got a garage for storage, which is handy if you’ve got extra gear.
It’s about a 5-minute walk to the harbour bus stop and just 10 minutes into town. Whether you’re into the beach, nature, or nightlife, the location makes everything easy.

About the flatmates
Hey! We’re two mates living in a spacious and relaxed place in Wollongong. I’m Zak, and I live here with James. We’re both pretty social and love making the most of our week—Tuesdays are usually our little house night where we’ll have a drink or catch up with a few friends. It’s a fun vibe, but not a party house.
We’re both into surfing and love hitting the beach whenever we can. I’m also really into rock climbing, and James is always planning his next travel adventure. We also head out to gigs pretty regularly, so if you’re into live music, you’ll fit right in.
