We’re looking for a girl in her late 20s to early 30s who's friendly, clean, quiet during sleeping hours and considerate of others to be part of this lovely sharehouse. The apartment is western facing so if you can't handle the sunshine it's probably not for you. We keep the place very clean/tidy so looking for someone who helps maintain that. If you're partial to a wine and a whine on weekends that's a perk but not essential!

We're both animal lovers but unfortunately no pets are allowed on the lease - although the neighbour's cat does occasionally come to visit!
