About the flatmates
Hello! Main bedroom with balcony and ensuite for rent in apartment shared with only one other person. Room for rent on February 20th 2026, as I am moving to Sydney (potentially can negotiate move-in date).
Bedroom fits a double bed and other various furniture. Bedroom comes with double wardrobe, inclusive of clothing racks and shelving. Bedroom furniture (bed, dresser, etc.) can be flexible.
There is another bedroom in the house that functions as both a spare bedroom / office space for those who study or work from home.
You would be sharing with only one housemate (Angela), who is a university student in her 20s, very friendly and tidy. Looking for a tenant who is also respectful and tidy.
Apartment is located centrally in Wollongong, with easy street parking, access to bus public transport and 20 minute walk to Wollongong train station.
Successful applicant will be put officially on the lease as a tenant and will be able to grow a rental history. Lease is due to end June 18th 2026.
