About the property
My housemate Katie and I are looking for a groovy new housemate to move in from the 19th of Feb!
Your room would be the one pictured and you’ll be sharing the main bathroom with Katie. It’s located in a great spot, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops, and public transport.
Rent is $257 a week and bills are split evenly. The place is fully furnished and the room comes with a queen sized bed, a desk and a built in wardrobe. The lease is for 12 months and unfortunately no pets 🙁
