About the property
Looking for a short term housemate. Open to just 2 weeks or up to 3 months maximum. I own the house and would be the only other occupant.
3 bedroom house in a quiet street. Walking distance to Aldi, sports fields and train station (15-20min walk). Your bedroom comes with a queen bed and good sized wardrobe. Fully furnished house with ducted air conditioning and a pool.
The rent is inclusive of all bills/internet however I am looking for someone who will be very clean and considerate of the space.
I am a full time shift worker inclusive of afternoon and night shifts. I enjoy a chat and socialising around the house but appreciate my own space/respect other peoples space. I have a 8yr old mini labradoodle who is an inside pet, non shedding and loves to chill out with snuggle but will happily play fetch if you’re willing.
