About the property
Only message if you are serious! We are looking for the right fit for our household. So the dynamic works, so everyone feels at home.And please If you go on holiday , you will still have to pay rent ! I have 1 room available.Total number of house mates then will be 5 , my husband and I ( being 2 ) we have our own on suite. Our 21yr son , and Erka 35 student / working . Erka will be leaving us after a year , working opportunity in Sydney.
Our Home is a Cosy home away from Home. Our Home is in a quiet leafy green family neighbourhood two of the rooms get the northern sun and lots of light . Lots of bird life .full wifi There are 4 rooms . We are in the main with a on-suit. House has been renovated with neat bathrooms. Toilet is separate to bathroom . Main Bathroom / seperate toilet is shared amongst the rented rooms . Wooden floors throughout ( so be mindful when you walk as it echoes), We will share a laundry room , a modern large kitchen and dining room, and a living area. Wifi is included in rent. Ducted air-conditioning throughout for those hot days , close to shops transport . Two rooms have a king-size bed and other a double . All rented rooms have large build in wardrobes.

Please supply rental and work reference (If available) and only if you are interested in the room, after inspection , if you are Happy with the room and (we feel you will fit in ) the rules of the share house. 2 weeks bond and one week rent paid upon signature of lease agreement. There is a Minimum of 4 weeks notice that must be given when terminating lease agreement and we can also give a minimum 4 weeks notice .

About the flatmates
My Husband ( construction ) myself ( in a Private Hospital Team leader / cleaner ) 52 and our 2 furbabies ( play with their toys all day and sleep and look forward to playing and going for walks . They are outside , we let them inside only while no one else is at home. As the Bluey isn’t people or pet friendly . Our 2 sons have left the nest and our youngest is home.. His a chilled kid and works hard ,plays sports hard ( soccer and cricket ) or visiting his girlfriend. So hence 2 empty rooms . Our other renter will be joining us soon, his in his mid 20’s from Bali , an an accountant working full time. And weekends in Sydney . We had a female student flatemate before , and it was so good having just a chat and connecting. As Our daughters are back home oversees. So I will feel more comfortable having female flatemates , however will see if male will fit in our household . We also work full time, and come home to relax. Our home is neat and tidy , has personality and feels like home. We are chilled always up for a chat .We are not a party house, as we both have demanding jobs.. Go to gym very very early.lol even before birds are up. Make dinner and watch the television and relax after a long day at work with our 2 dogs . Hubby likes to fish when he has a gap or tinkle in the garage. Me i love to read , when i have time As i work indoors i love hikes and walks going into Sydney and discovering new places. Going to the beach , walk and run. We are 2 Min drive from Woolworths many takeaways , pharmacy , hairdressers unanderra station and more... bus stop on top of our road . 3 buses to university or tafe one being a free bus . Close to all amenities even the public swimming pool. Beach about 10 minutes away .
We take turns doing communal cleans , and renter will take turns cleaning their shared bathroom . We all clean after ourselves, and be mindful of each other. Communication is key, especially with the shared bathroom only amongst the girls, As we have our own on-suite. Our youngest son is chilled works full time, loves soccer and PlayStation. Very happy go lucky doesn’t like drama, or create drama.
We had a female 35 yr old Mongolian lady student , and a 30yr student ( who will be moving soon as she now needs to attend the Liverpool university campus, she needs to move closer . She is also happy to give reference . I’ve had 2 students that will happily give ref that have rented ( one is from Melbourne) the other Vietnamese student to give you peace of mind .
