About the flatmates
Hi! We’re looking for a friendly housemate to join our home in Thirroul - just a 1-minute walk to the train station, 5 minutes to Ryan’s, and 10 minutes to the beach and IGA.
You’ll be living with Chloe and me, both in our early 30s. We love beach days, pilates and running, good coffee, going to gigs, a cheeky glass of wine, and cooking up yummy meals together. We enjoy spending time together, whether that’s binge-watching a show on the couch or going out for a happy hour cocktail, but we also really respect each other’s space and independence.
Chloe works full-time at a school and studies in her downtime. I work in music merchandise in Marrickville three days a week and from home two days a week.
We’re looking for someone of a similar age and vibe, who is easygoing, friendly, and respectful, and enjoys a social household but also values their own space and boundaries.
