Playing Jenga with dishes is not ideal. - Wipe the bench when you use it. We even provide the paper towles. - Dont be lazy. - Dont ignore full bins. - Dont do drugs in our property & especially not in your room. - No half ass cleaning jobs. You'll need to clean once a month.. that's it. - No leaving rubbish in random places - Dont start a collection of our glasses in your room. - Lock the house if it's 10pm and you were the last one in. - Turn the lights off when you're the last one to sleep. - Dont smash the AC in winter? - You must have a job. All of the above is so easy to do & will make you a more enjoyable person to live with. Transport isn't the best unless you like busses. If you have a car the train station is about a 5 minute drive.
