Room for rent (female student only) St Lucia and only looking for long-term student (no 1 semester students thanks)
The house is well located a 1 min walk from Uni bus stop, and probably a 3 min bus ride to UQ (10 min walk to CityCat)
You’ll be sharing with other female UQ students, and Mum Jenny who lives downstairs.
**NOTE: The room is cheap and liveable but nothing special and no air-conditioning (doesn’t get too hot if you have a fan on)
The room is very small and pokey with very little room for a desk or robe but doable, the bathroom is also old which you will share with another lovely lady.
So, now I’ve told you about the negatives, there is an upside, the house is a safe space and you’re welcome to have your parents drop in anytime. The living spaces in the house are very large and the other students seem to love it here, so much that I can’t get rid of them!
The house has two huge kitchens to cook in.
We have a (NON-NEGOTIABLE) no party policy or guys/girls back to the house at night so everyone feels safe, so consider this before applying.

$210.00 per week, includes all bills paid monthly in advance with 1 x month bond. If you find over time you are happy there, I would look at having an air conditioner installed for an extra $25.00 per week. Available now. Contact Mike (don’t panic if I don’t respond quick!)
