EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST OR REQUEST FOR PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Expressions of interest are welcome.
Please register your interest by sending a message.
Inspections will be available during the week from Saturday 17th January to Friday 23rd January.
Please note that landlord/property owner is currently interstate and may only respond to your message expressing interest once per day when I check my email.
My name is Om. I am a 27-year-old student from Thailand, studying a Master of Data Science at UQ.
I have been living in this student accommodation since February 2025. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies and playing games.
The things that I really like about living here are the great environment and the convenience of transportation. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but it's still easy to access the CBD with a single bus line, and it's close to the bus stop, a grocery store, and restaurants across the street.
I am looking for flatmates who are clean and quiet, especially when we are sharing kitchen and living areas. I'm an easy-going person, flexible with sharing common tools (like dishwasher tablets and garbage bags—I'm happy to alternate buying them), and I respect personal space.
I look forward to meeting you some time during the week beginning 17th of January when inspections will be available for students interested in living here
