The kitchen has everything you'd need: a dishwasher, gas stove with oven, fridge and freezer and plenty of storage space.

Separate laundry room (where the small bathroom is) as well as a dining area that leads onto another balcony with a built-in BBQ.

The living room connects to a small courtyard out the front with privacy from a front hedge. Furnishings in the living room are flexible but can be removed if preferred.

The garage has ample space to park a car or use as storage and also serves as a back entrance to the house.

Central ducted heating is available, not sure though if the place currently meets minimum energy efficiency standards in the ACT but will update this ad when I find out. I would guess it does - I don't remember feeling much cold at all last winter even in the middle of the night.

The place will be available from 15 Feb but can be flexible with move-in dates. The new tenants would be taking over the month-to-month lease from the existing tenants.
