IF YOU WANT TO AVOID A LEASE TRANSFER YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE BOTH ROOMS FROM US AND PAY A BOND OF 4 WEEKS RENT ($1700 per room). IN THIS CASE THE MAXIMUM TENANCY WOULD BE 8 MONTHS AND MINIMUM OF 2 MONTHS.

Flat is spotless and in a great location just off Chapel Street. You get the convience of having everything within walking distance but also the privacy from being slighty tucked away.
