Hello Everyone😊 Hope You’re All Doing Well … A Bit About Future Housemate and Myself Below, Preferred Locations etc.

$280 per week to include all bills/internet-NBN.

Wanting to share a peaceful, loving home environment long term with 1 or 2 others only who are Non Smokers-Non Party House, mindful of noise around other housemates and like cleanliness - No Couples :)

FUTURE HOUSEMATE/S: Similar age, professional or retired, spiritual/awake, emotionally mature, good communicator, quiet-not into dramas, grounded, mindful of noise. I am an early riser/early to bed, so a housemate/s who lead a similar life is preferred.
My future housemate/s must like their environment to be clean, tidy, peaceful and relaxed, like myself.
*Respect and mindfulness for each other is non-negotiable*

ABOUT ME: I am Vegan, into Meditation, Reiki, Nature Walks, Breathe Awareness, Spirituality and enjoy documentaries on Nature/Science, Music. I'm a quiet mature age person, enjoy my space, but also enjoy a laugh or good conversation with my housemate on occasion.
I require an unfurnished master bedroom with ensuite/walk in wardrobe/desk & chair, as I have my own furnishings and a lot of clothes etc 😊. I also have kitchen stuff so a large pantry and 2 fridges would be great, and I have some stuff in garage where I’m currently residing so need to be able to store that as well.
My new home will also have to be close to train station, walking tracks/nature/gym, shops etc as I don't have a vehicle.
