6month possibly longer accomodation from now around the Mt Waverley area, happy to look at other places. Willing to pay up to $300 but will look at places above that amount if suitable. Would prefer own bathroom. I am a 44 year old female who works full time shift hours and is considerate and quiet. I have been house sharing for a long time now. I am a clean person and like to live in a clean environment.

No room share. Have bedroom furniture so room needs to be big enough to fit queen bed, 2xbedside tables, small set of draws, also have a fridge (small).

Non smoker/drug taker/non drinker and would prefer to live in non smoking accommodation.
