Calm & happy and good for a fun chat on a wide variety of topics while I can very happily just do my own thing (mostly at nights). Recent retirement has a guaranteed ongoing fortnightly income and I maintain excellent health. I worked most of my life in the computer & service industries. I’m a non-smoker, moderate drinker and don’t have friends drop in as I go over to their place if socialising. I am seeking a large bedroom for the computer desk/tv or either a small bedroom with an extra room/area available for computer/tv. I prefer my own bathroom.
Clean, tidy & respectful.
I organise all my own food & preparation and usually eat early evening meals (4pm), will have some furniture like a smaller/medium size fridge, computer, TV, car, and some odds & ends storage stuff.
I have no pets but I get on great with all animals, especially dogs.
