Hi,

I'm David, from Melbourne originally, but have moved offices to Newcastle recently as part of my job in I.T (Cartography).

At the moment, my hours are roughly 8am-5pm, so I tend to be out the door pretty early....and don't tend to stay up very late either.

I'm a youthful 47, and activity-wise, running is a relatively new passion; and basically any sport that involves chasing a ball. My other interests are op-shopping; photography; music and road trips.

I also visit my mum in Melbourne every couple months for a few weeks at a time.

I’m a non-smoker, no drugs, rarely drink, but don't mind if house-mates do, within reason.

Overall, I’m just looking for a relaxed, friendly place to call home and enjoy each other's company when around at same time or simply respect each other's down time.

As extra peace of mind, due to my work, I have had national police-check badges via fit2work since 2018 and last check was January 2025.
