Hi all.
We're a married couple saving for our own place.
One of us works six days per week -early starts
We're busy, quiet and now mature aged, though we've lived with pretty much every age group & nationality.
I used to live in Richmond, then lived overseas.
We're back.
We're after a clean, quiet place where everyone is an adult and cleans up after themselves.
Not a party household (been there, done that), and not a place where others do drugs, or night shift workers who come home at 3am and waking everyone else up- been there done that..
We're clean, quiet, respectful too.
A glass of wine and we still like eating out occasionally if money / time.
We're pretty busy with work etc and seem to spend any spare time drinking coffee, walking, sleeping or watching Netflix or TV (we're self -aware and always with earplugs knowing others may be asleep) reading and screenwriting (yes I am also one of those around work).
We are flexible with duration of stay, and it may be less than 6 month, but as we're also buying we're mindful of that- it might work for someone also seeking the same .
More than happy to give you notice so you always have good tenants.
