I'm looking for either a full place, to share, a studio, a granny flat, or anything in between, long term.

Preferably with my own bathroom.

If the place is nice and the price is right, I could stay over 6 months.

I work a Full time office IT job based in Robina as an Account Manager.

Two grown up kids living in Sydney.

I've been on the Gold Coast for nearly 5 years now.

Ideal move in date: anytime, from now, or over the next couple of weeks.

I am clean, considerate, quiet, friendly, respectful, well traveled, polite.

First language is Spanish.
I have been over 24 yrs in Australia.
