Hi! I’m looking for one or two friendly, easygoing and tidy people who might be interested in renting a beautiful new property together, ideally a spacious three-bedroom apartment around Manly or the Northern Beaches.

I’ve seen some lovely apartments with ocean views, close to the beach, shops and public transport, but they’re more than I can comfortably afford on my own. So I thought it would be wonderful to find the right people and apply for a place together from the beginning.

We could choose the property together and create a home where everyone feels equally included and comfortable. I’d love to find people who are friendly and sociable, happy to occasionally share dinner, a glass of wine or a good conversation, while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence.

A little about me: I run my own business, my 11 year old daughter stays with me part-time, and I have a very friendly cat.
