I’m Brazilian, friendly, reliable and easy to live with. I’m looking for a room or share house within walking distance of the Hobart CBD (up to around 30 minutes), as it suits my work and studies perfectly.

I work part-time at a hotel and study Civil Construction Design, so I’m used to being responsible, organised and respectful of schedules and shared spaces. I’m clean, tidy, and always make sure common areas are well looked after.

I’m social and positive, but I also respect personal space. I enjoy a peaceful home during the week and good conversations, laughter and a friendly vibe when everyone’s around. I communicate well, pay rent on time, and treat the house like it’s my own.

My ideal move-in date is late March, but I’m flexible and happy to move earlier for the right place — which is why I’m already looking now.
