My name is Kade I am 28 y/o WA local looking for a room to rent in/or around central Perth.
I work full-time in healthcare, outside of work I’ll either be catching up with mates, heading to the beach or exercising. I have been living in share houses for the last 10 years in Perth, east coast and overseas. I like to live in tidy spaces and respect and share the household chores.
I am pretty chill with my own space but also enjoy a chat, dinner or a few drinks with housemates when not busy.
