Looking for a place with a room for myself and a garage for my motorbike and car (I know this is hard but it's a necessity) . I need a lock up garage for insurance reasons. I run my own online business so would work from home half the time. I work long hours and go to the gym every second day and eat healthy.

On weekends I either ride, work or go out with friends. Not a noisy or loud person but on weekends I do like to play a bit of music or entertain for pre drinks or dinner. I am happy and cheerful, I eat a fairly good diet so not into food sharing as my food would bore you, I like a fairly clean house but not someone anal. I believe common areas like the kitchen should always be cleaned up after unless you have a big night. I am a pretty clean person generally.

Looking for minimum 6 months but not sure if i would commit to more right now due to work.
