Hey everybody, I’m Clare and I am a youthful personality, post-surgery Transgender female who is friendly and relaxed.

I moved to Queensland from Canberra and I have been at the Sunshine Coast for just on two years now.
I am seeking a comfortable and happy share-home preferably located in a central area such as Maroochydore and Mooloolaba regions. However, I’m flexible for the 'right' property in surrounding areas along the coastal strip.

I am happy to mix and match ages/genders with most people. I am an ambivert who is quiet but also enjoys socialising at events that interest me. At home I am not a party person, although I am happy to have get-togethers with housemates/friends at home.
I do not have a car currently, so parking is not a factor for me with your property, although easy access to public transport is preferable.

Currently not working mainly due to establishing myself on the Sunshine Coast and enjoying the tropical lifestyle! However I am actively job-hunting at the moment. I have experience in Health, IT and business admin, so I have career options. In the interim, I have sufficient funds to pay rent/expenses.

SHAREHOUSE:
I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom ideally as I have my own bed, dresser, etc.
If there is inside space, I could contribute furnishings to the common areas of the home. If not, I can place stuff in a dry and (large'ish) locked garage at the property.
