Hey everybody.

I’m Clare, Transgender, have a youthful personality and i'm a bit of an Ambivert.
I moved to Queensland from Canberra just over two years ago.

The excutive home I was share-renting was sold recently and i'm now seeking a new place to call home.
My preference is for a bedroom (with air-con) in a large sharehouse located in central areas such as the Maroochydore / Mooloolaba / Buderim regions.
However, I’m flexible for the 'right' property in surrounding areas along the coastal strip.

I am happy to mix and match ages / genders with most people.
I don't smoke, never used drugs and rarely consume alcohol.
At home, I am a down-to-earth person, like to keep the common spaces clean and contribute to a comfortable living environment.
I do not have a car currently, so parking is not a factor.

Initially I would just bring clothing and personal essentials with me to a new property.
However, I do have some furniture in short-term storage; bedding, kitchen and living room items which i'd be happy to share if necessary.
