Hello there I am looking for someone to team up to sign a lease.
I am a 38-year-old male working full-time as a Chef.

The last 15 years I have been living in the shared accommodation. Which I good but, I am getting the age where I need my own spot and more control over living arrangements.

I am looking to find a 4+ bedroom house with a garage and a garden area ( as I enjoy gardening). With the option to sub lease some rooms.

Next year I will be starting a side catering business. Working at events and festivals around Australia Which means I will be working and travelling for periods of time.

By sub leasing rooms I believe it will work well if I am not wasting money on rent when I am working/travelling. I wil just need to store my things. I.e. garage.

Also If you have some savings I am happy to go halves in some rent up front, to better our chances of getting a lease.
