I'm looking to team up with one or two people who are interested in finding a nice apartment, townhouse or house with plenty of room to share and space to breathe during downtime.

Location: Ideally... Pin the CBD and 15 km in any direction
Moving date: Between 15th and 28th October

About me: I'm dedicated to my career (60hr/pw -conservative estimate), so in my spare time I either go out to catch up with friends or quietly vegetate in the comfort of home. Besides that, once in a while I jump behind drums for a jam session or get a wetsuit on to test my lung capacity.

The place I'm seeking to secure is a neat, spacious apartment, townhouse, or house, with some parking space. I have no pets of my own, but if you do, I'm in, as long as the rental permits that.
