Hi, I'm Clair. I’m currently looking for a place to live in the Indooroopilly/Taringa /Toowoong/Bardon/Paddington/Ashgrove sort of area.

I'm a primary school teacher, I don't smoke and I am a pretty easy going soul so as long as you’re a considerate flatmate I’ll be happy.
My main non negotiable is that I need easy access to public transport. ideally I would have my own bathroom too but not necessarily a deal breaker. Not looking to live with more than 2 other people, though my preference would be just one.

I know my move date says the 31st of October but that's just because it made me put something in- I'm not in a rush so it's really about finding the best fit but if the best fit came tomorrow I can make that work!
