I have excellent rental references, been living in this place for 3yrs (owners are selling), plus other rentals.
I actually clean up after myself, know how to pay bills on time and how to be considerate of other members of my household.

My spare time is spent in a pretty standard way; gym, beach, bike rides, skating, reading, catching up with friends, enjoying a bevvy and some good ol Netflix n chill.

Would love a house where we're more of a family away from family. When we can get along enough to go out together from time to time, share a meal etc. In saying that, I'm also very aware when people need space and privacy.

I work at a cafe in Main Beach, so I'm up early most days. Am also finishing off my PT Certs and will go onto some more study early next year within that area.

I'm happy to go into a new lease with someone with their own things. I have a bunch of random crap; couch, kayak, surfboards, coffee tables etc, I can get rid of or keep. Either way, I will happily contribute to my new home.

Also have a bird, she's pretty chill and rather entertaining and I'm very clean and considerate with her. She doesn't fly around the house (clipped wings) and sleeps, covered over in my room at night.
