Im looking specifically for a MODERN and nice quiet Clean space with ideally 2 available rooms which means i can have a couple nights with my twins a week,, but id accept 1 room and work around that with time away with them if it doesnt allow.
Im not interested in any high conflict/high multiples of flatmates / social environment or party houses. Im working on building a business so good positive energy would be amazing and inspiring, and quiet private space.
Transition period max 6mth
Ideally owner + my room/s. Not interested in high traffic households
Flexible with location. Really need secure parking or gated parking :)
