Currently in Brisbane, moving to the GC to be closer to uni.
I study (Masters) full time and have stable and secure part time work. I regularly travel towards Brisbane and northern NSW, so I will need some sort of parking. I sometimes need to work or study early or late, although it is quiet - previous flatmates have said they didn't notice I'm even around at times. Some things I might enjoy in free time are exploring food, learning things, health-related pursuits, chess.
What is important for me as a flatmate: responsibility, respectful, clean. It is nice to be social and be friends, to go explore or do things together, although it is not a requirement. Happy to share mealtime chats. I don't smoke or party.
What I bring: no dramas, kids, pets etc. Yes to good vibes, company, good times. I will end up making the place clean and organised.
As I'm planning to move closer to uni, there is some flexibility in suburb, budget, and move date. I am looking for 6 months or longer.
