Hi everyone,
My name is Kevin, I am a student at Macquarie University while also working full time in Lane Cove. I am mostly interested in a team up and think it would be great if we could pick a place we mutually agree on while both agreeing on the rent and ensuring it is fair compared to what we're getting (eg. bigger room, slightly more rent).
I enjoy watching Netflix, cooking, the casual drink, coffee, socialising and also keeping to myself. Ideally I'm looking for a roommate who is relaxed but also keeps the common areas tidy, someone that values communication within the household and someone that likes indoor plants! I'm looking for something a bit longer term and I'm quite willing to negotiate on most things, the only must is you have to be LGBT friendly!
