Rylan and Ty

Two homebody types and one small, very cute gremlin frenchie, we’ve been living together in Sydney for the past few years and are ready for a sea change in Newcastle.

Ry works full-time from home and spends most evenings watching TV and doomscrolling (it’s a lifestyle at this point 😂).

Ty is a computer science grad currently job hunting and usually gaming with friends online.

We’re both pretty easygoing and value a calm, comfortable home. Ideally somewhere not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle…coming from Sydney, a bit of a drive feels like nothing to us 😅

We’re looking for a potential flatmate to join us while we apply for rentals. We’re actively searching and would love to team up with someone on the same page.

Main things we value, respect, open communication, and being reasonably clean and tidy, not obsessive, just the kind of environment where everyone feels comfortable. If something’s off, we just talk about it like adults.

Ry is super into interior design and has decking the place out sorted so furnishing your own room is the only necessity.

We both have a special interest somewhat in the state of the world and we’ll find ourselves in philosophical conversations about interesting topics, however participation is not necessary 😂
