Hey all!

My name is Mak and my current lease in Richmond off Vic street is running out and I'm looking to find something in the same area to move in to.
I'm an American who's lived in Aus for the last 5 years and only in Vic since Jan so am still a tad new to Melbs and like to get out as much as I can!

I have a full house worth of things, so can bring some or get rid of depending on the situation! couch, fridge, bed, outdoor and indoor settings etc.

I'm 25 and work full time in Wealth Management in the CBD. I am a whiz in the kitchen and enjoy a wine or 7 on weekends but am also up at 5:30 everyday to hit the gym (don't worry I'm quiet if you aren't an early riser)
I'm an extremely tidy person and am constantly cleaning and tidying up so a share house that isn't on that level isn't ideal!

I am friendly and enjoy company but also really like my own space I'm not much of a homebody and am usually out on weekends/weeknights going for walks, wines and brunch with friends.

Lease runs out the first week of March so ideally looking to move then or maybe a few weeks earlier.
