Hey l'm James, I'm looking for a new place to live thats available anytime from now

I work full time as an engineer at BlueScope. I love the beach and anything outdoors, I go to the gym regularly after work.
Super clean and tidy which is something I pride myself on, like to cook and and very social, love chatting and playing any kind of board games.

I've lived with many different housemates over the years and so know how to get along and live harmoniously with pretty much anyone :)
