I'm looking for a studio/granny flat in Sydney North, Northern Beaches area, and Ryde area.

Please let me know if there is any place available preferrably with good sunlight, balcony/courtyard, and undercover/street car park space.

I'm a full time worker in healthcare, and enjoy sunlight, decaf coffee (pls don't judge :p), and music on my day off in silence and peace.

Leanth of stay can be negotiated but I am looking for a long term lease at the moment (6mths - years)
