Hi I’m Erin! I’m 31 years old and work full-time in a government job. Looking for a granny flat or studio in Brisbane or eastern Logan, as I work in north Brisbane but often travel to the Gold Coast.

I’ve lived out of home for a while, am clean and quiet, reliable with rent, have my own furniture and am happy (would love) to live with dogs. Outside of work, I can usually be found at the climbing gym, volunteering or reading a book. Looking for somewhere to live for at least 6 months. Fairly flexible on the move date.

*I’m mostly seeking a granny flat or studio. Though I am open to one bedroom and a private bathroom, I would prefer not to spend more than $280 per week + bills if it’s just a bedroom, so please don’t message me if your listing is out of this criteria. I’ve also got my own furniture, most of which I’ll need to bring with me.
