Quiet and clean person looking for a cozy place to call home. Moving from the Gold Coast.
I am in the last year of my PhD at QUT Gardens Point and would like a place close to it so I can work from office most days. I'm expecting to be home mainly at night and on weekends.
Also, hope to have a good sleep when I get home.
I am not a a party person, but love to dance especially Brazilian music (samba and carnival rythms).
Also appreciate a good a chat and a few drinks once in a while.
When I am not studying or working I like to get some nature have as hiking or a beautiful sunset.
I'm respectful and communicative so I hope my flatmates will be the same.
Also, I need at least on street parking available near by.
