Hi there,
I am looking to move out end of January and looking for flatmates to team up with for a 2 bedroom house/apartment. I graduated from QUT recently and currently working full-time. I have been living in Brisbane for around 10 years, so I’m pretty aware of share-house etiquettes and familiar with different suburbs and commute options. I’m looking to team up with friendly, like-minded people to find a place together rather than just renting a room.

I’m easy-going, calm, and respectful, with a good balance of being social and independent. I enjoy a friendly chat, the occasional shared meal if you’d be interested since I try to cook at home time to time, or just being comfortable in the same space, but I also really respect personal space and boundaries. Home is more of a relaxed, wind-down space for me rather than a party house. I would expect the same from my housemate.

I place a very high priority on cleanliness and hygiene - I always clean up after myself and like shared spaces to stay tidy and organised, so I’m hoping for housemates who feel the same. I believe good communication makes a shared home work really well, so I’m open, honest, and easy to talk to if anything ever comes up. I actively advocate for open communication since that resolves issues much quicker than letting it build up in your heart.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, work regular hours, sometimes a second job as well and value a peaceful, positive home environment where everyone feels comfortable and respected. An ideal home should have peaceful vibes after dealing with the chaos outside. Ideally looking to team up with people who want a long-term, stable setup and a place that actually feels like home.

I have a solid rental history with all positive references due to my long term share housing past and happy to provide any references if needed.
