Hello~ I'm working full time as a civil engineer and am looking for a homely place to stay while searching for permanent accommodation. My budget is roughly $330 per week inclusive of all bills (utilities, internet, gas, water, etc).

My interests include listening to classical music and running as well as binging YouTube. Would suit a flatmate who doesn't mind the smell of simple Asian cooking. I am always up for a good conversation but do value peace and privacy. I prefer living with someone who cleans up regularly, and doesn't have too many visitors over but have no problems with pets. I work from home and from the office half of the time.
