I am a self employed consultant, very busy with 2-4 nights away most weeks in the regions.

Would prefer my own private room, private bathroom and one share flat mate (m or f)

I am currently in South Yarra, been here for a year. Reason for moving 1. Expense when only reside part time, 2. Noise 3. Closest family and friends would be near by.
My flat mate would provide a good reference of monthly payments, Cleanliness, and tell you i’m a great cook!

I am active, social and like walking daily.
don’t mind pets, like to wine and dine, non smoker.
