Hi there, I'm originally from NZ and I have just made the move away from the Northern rivers. I'm currently renting a space in North Stradbroke island after time on the Goldy and unfortunately it has a major mould issue which I was not made aware of before moving. I’m looking for a place that is 100% mould free, dry, light and peaceful between the southern Gold Coast and Cabarita/Pottsville. I would love something longer term but 1-6 months to see how things go/fit would be great to begin with or even 2-3 weeks whilst I'm in-between places. Open to things however I would prefer my own space or to live with just one other person as I value my space and quiet time in a home without dogs.

I'm friendly, open, clean, respectful, down-to-earth. I enjoy being active and spending time in nature and exploring new places and new beaches when I’m not working. I’m looking for a nice clean, quiet room or space in a relaxed environment to call home (NOT on the flight path). Cleanliness, and living a healthy non-tox life is important to me. Zero mold is a MUST for me. Not looking for a party house. Ideally I’d love a granny flat or studio but I also love positive people so a room with possibly my own en-suite in a share house would be awesome too. Thanks so much in advance!
