Hi!

My name is Dylan and I am looking for a place closer to the beach although can be flexible on location. I am applying for leases as well as looking for a room, so I am open to teaming up with others to fill a new place with me. If it's a 2 bedroom then preferably a couple to keep costs down.

I keep my space tidy and clean up after myself in common areas. I have lived in house shares for a long time so I know what it takes to create a healthy and positive dynamic.

I enjoy being active, whether it be at the gym or outdoors on a hike or adventure somewhere.

Week to week I work as a Youth Worker with full time hours. I study on the side in Health Sciences, aiming for a Physiotherapy pathway.

I'm eager to live with like minded people where I can share a culture of healthy living with a social dynamic that is appeasing to everyone.
