Hi, I've moved to Canberra in 2021 from Sydney and I'm currently working for a government department in Civic, as an IT contractor.

I am 31, and a very occasional drinker. I've come to really like the peace and quiet of Canberra and its greenery. I am looking for a new place as the current property I am in has been sold.

I am looking for a long-term stay, more than 12 months, and ideally the move-in day will be at the end of Dec or Jan, however I'm quite flexible with this.

I am a clean housemate and a conscientious person that gets along with others. This being said, I do value my personal space and time, and don't want to step on anyone else's toes!

FYI - I am vegetarian but have no problems with anyone using shared utensils or the kitchen. I love cooking and sharing meals and making food for other people. I play guitar and read in my spare time. Cheers.
