Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently moved to Sydney for work (accountant). Spend most of my time working 60+ hours, 5 days a week depending on busy periods. Getting ready to study an MBA so the majority of my weekends are spent at the library preparing for GMAT / entrance exams before admission into an MBA program. In my spare time I like to read, go out into nature and fly back to Melbourne every other weekend to see family and friends. I do not drink, smoke, do drugs, have pets or children.

I believe greatly in respect, keeping a clean space and being considerate especially in a shared home.
