Hi, I’m a single, busy, high school teacher looking for a place I can call my own. I am transferring to the Gold Coast for work. I'd prefer a place with no stairs, but not a deal breaker. I work long hours and prefer somewhere quiet with no parties or small children. I’m a cat lover and I have a 7 yr old burmese cat who literally sleeps 20 hours a day.
I have a lot of furniture that could fill a house - or I can put it into storage. I have a piano I need to bring with me! (sorry that is non-negotiable as I take lessons). I have two adult sons and they visit about once per month.
I love to cook, so the kitchen needs to be large with plenty of bench space. I'm healthy and go to the gym. I am an absolute clean freak and everything is spotless in my house and would be happy to share photos.
I have a new hybrid PHEV vehicle, so I do need access to garage or carport with a powerpoint. I am happy to pay for extra use for electricity.
I need quiet space or study to work with fast internet (as I am a workaholic). I don't really get out that often, mainly to visit friends from time to time.
