👋 Hi, I’m Scott – a respectful, easy-going tenant looking for a place to call home long-term.

I’m 38 and currently completing a Certificate IV in Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs. I’m passionate about supporting people who are doing it tough and bring a lot of empathy, patience and calm to everyday life.

🏉 I’m heavily involved in the local community through sport, playing footy for both the Gippsland Tigers in the AFL Masters League and the Warragul Industrials, and I’ve even represented VIC Country in the National Carnival. Being part of these clubs means a lot to me - they reflect teamwork, reliability and respect, which is exactly how I approach shared living and being a tenant.

🌟 I was honoured to be nominated for Australian of the Year in the Baw Baw Shire Australia Day Awards. That recognition reflects my commitment to giving back and being a positive, dependable person in the community - the same approach I take to looking after a rental property and being a great tenant.

🙏 I value a calm, balanced lifestyle. Home for me is a place to relax, study, work on my goals and enjoy quiet nights rather than parties. I’m considerate with noise, mindful of neighbours and very respectful of house rules and the property itself.

🐾 Living with me is Cujo, my much-loved kelpie mix. He’s family to me and I’m a responsible pet owner - he’s well looked after, exercised and cared for, and I always make sure outdoor areas are kept clean and tidy.
