Hi,
I'm looking for room / studio / granny from about 4th-5th of January 2026.
Starting on construction project in Truganina week later so would like to find some place +- 30min from there. I will be working Mo-Fr long hours so I'm looking for a quiet and respectful place. Also with NO MORE THAN 1 OTHER TENANT.
Otherwise I like cooking (usually twice a week), go for hike, movies, music (in headphones), photography etc.
Non drinker, non smoker.
Mainly looking in suburbs on the way to the city. But might consider other parts.
I'm an Australian citizen - not a backpacker.
