Hi,

I'm looking for a room / granny / studio (for granny / studio I can go bit higher with budget).

For suburbs above river my budget is 350$ / week.
For suburbs below is about 420$ / week. (saving on tolls :) )

**IMPORTANT:** I'm only looking for a home with **NO MORE THAN 1 OTHER TENANT**
- need to have free parking available (street is fine)
- my own bathroom
- furnished / unfurnished is fine
- looking for quiet, respectful place. I go sleep around 8 pm and wake up at 4 am for work.

A bit about me: I like hiking, movies, photography, and listening to music.

I work FT 40-50h a week. Waking up around 4am, quietly do my hygiene, make a tea and head to work. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, and I always keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
Cooking about twice a week and sometimes breakfasts - but that more weekend as during the week it's too early :P
I do like to stay in my room after work and on weekends to recharge but I try to get out too. :)

Move-in date about 3-4 weeks / from when we agree / sign contract as I have 4 weeks notice period in current stay.
