I'm looking for a room from **14 July 2026**.

I've lived in Queensland for the past 8 years, although I spent the last 5 months working in Melbourne. I'm now relocating back to Brisbane.

**IMPORTANT:** I'm only looking for a home with **NO MORE THAN 1 OTHER TENANT**. Unfortunately, I won't be interested in larger share houses. It also needs to have free parking available.

A bit about me: I enjoy cooking (usually a couple of times a week), hiking, movies, photography, and listening to music with headphones. I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, and I always keep shared spaces clean and tidy.

I'm an Australian citizen (not a backpacker).

I'm currently in Europe visiting family and will return on 14 July. I'm happy to do a video inspection beforehand or inspect the place in person after I arrive. I'm also open to a short initial stay (1–2 weeks) to make sure we're a good fit.
