Hi there I’m Tom a 36 year old contractor (tradie) living on the GC. I am super busy mon to fri out the house by 6am home 4pm (ish) and spend my weekends playing golf, going to the gym, the beach and living a pretty low key & healthy lifestyle. Looking for a reasonably quiet home definitely not a party house at all especially during the week! I dont smoke or do drugs and drink on occasions socially. Ive share housed all around Bris, GC, Perth and Melb so lm very accustomed to this and enjoy my own space and have my own life but can socialise and be friends and fit in with house mates! Im clean and tidy, respectful of others and shared spaces and financially stable so there is never any issues with whom I live with!!

Let me know asap if you have a nice quiet place where people respect each others peace and are quiet during the weekdays when everyone is busy with there own work/study schedule etc
