Hi. I work full time in the city for the government. I'm friendly, easygoing, thoughtful. I jog, hike, swim, dance and am sociable, so I'm out a lot.

I don't cook much so am in the kitchen the bare minimum. I heat up simple, quick and nutricious meals.

I'm after a large unfurnished room to rent, in a quiet location, for 6-12 months.

Presently I am WFH five days a week. For summer I am after air-conditioning in the room in which I can put my sit-stand desk as I may have to WFH in summer if another lockdown. I don't like using air-con at all but there are a few days in summer in which it's close to essential if WFH. Would consider using a portable for those few hot days.

I'm single, organised, clean, fully vaccinated and easygoing. Am going on lots of early morning bushwalks and runs.

My real estate requires three week's notice. Flexible on move date. I prefer to move in late October or November (but willing to consider September).
